In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we're here to help.
 
 
Exchange or Return for a Refund
New products may be returned within 5 business days after they have been received for an exchange or returned for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.   If you're approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-15 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company.
There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Njoyfashionplus@gmail.com
 
To be eligible for return, please make sure that:
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
We do not accept any request of exchange or return once the "specials" are sold.
Purchases Not Eligible for Return:
Final sale item(s) are not eligible for return or exchange. Swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange unless it is defective, damaged
or wrong item. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when submitting the return/exchange request.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
After you receive confirmation from our customer service please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID, and tracking number of the returning parcel. We will process the product exchange or refund after we receive your returned parcel.
The customer pays the return shipping. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. NO (Cash on Delivery) service. 
  Return shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please return through your local post office.
DAMAGE ITEMS
If you received a damaged product please notify us immediately for assistance. We have professional fabric inspectors that check for fabric discoloration and damages. We are very comfortable with our inspectors more than 20 yrs of experience.
ALL ORDER CANCELLATION 
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. 
You should submit an order cancellation request by email or phone once you decide to cancel the order.
After 24 hours of purchase and order has not been shipped we offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.
We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
